We ask for your explicit acknowledgement before collecting your name or email. You may decline to provide contact details at any point — in that case we cannot follow up, but no data is submitted.
The chat assistant on this site is powered by Anthropic's Claude API. When you send a message, your conversation history is transmitted to Anthropic's servers to generate a response. Once you confirm your enquiry, the full transcript and your contact details are delivered to FPM via Web3Forms (our email delivery provider).
Your conversation data is not stored in your browser (no cookies, no localStorage). It exists only in memory for the duration of your session and is cleared when you close or refresh the page.

Both processors are instructed to process your data only as necessary to provide their services to us and are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.
